Track Review:
"Feels like I'm in love" was a hit for Kelly Marie in 1980. A number 1 hit in the UK, unfortunately Kelly Marie all but sunk without trace after this, her debut song. Perfectly understandable of course, because she'd actually missed the disco era by 2 or 3 years! Nevertheless, you can't keep a good song down and despite her late entry in to the disco/pop charts, this song is so good that it rocketed to number one and is still a dance-floor filler to this day. This backing track is highly recommended and although it's in the original key, Kelly Marie had such an abnormally high female voice (half an octave higher than most female singing voices and a full octave higher than a general male singing voice) that this original key is actually fine for a standard male singing voice (who of course sings it an octave down). Female singing voices may struggle with the original key though (unless you can sing like Kelly)!
