99.9% of problems
with ordering can be attributed to customers having cookies disabled
in their browser or their security / privacy settings set too
high. Some customers (especially those using AOL browsers) may
receive an error code 3005.
Cookies are used by most secure sites and shopping cart systems
to keep track of order data. Busy websites like ours can have
a large number of customers ordering at any one time. In order
to keep the contents of your shopping cart unique to you, a cookie
is created which distinguishes you from the other customers who
may be on the website at the same time. If cookies are turned
off in your browser you cannot place an order.
PayPal in particular
may indicate an error such as: "Unexpected error: 3005. We
are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later."
In this case turn
your cookies on, refresh the page or close the window, bring it
up again, and make your purchases. After your purchases you may
turn your cookies back off if you wish.
Here's how to enable

Also make sure that your PRIVACY

AOL browsers
AOL browsers behave differently to all others and it is preferable
that you do not use the AOL
browser. Use Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to make
purchases unless you are
familiar with the way AOL handles cookies and security settings
(even different versions of
AOL have been known to behave differently). To do this, begin
your internet/dial-up connection
as normal via AOL, but when connected, minimize the AOL browser
and use Internet Explorer
instead (the big blue "e" icon).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You should now be
able to view our website as intended and make purchases without
any problems.
