to order:
1.Browse the catalogue
by individual Song Title (A - Z) , Medleys, or Mini-Medleys,
adding Trax to your shopping cart as you go along. Each time
you add a song to your cart, select the format you require (mp3,
CD or minidisc).
2. When you've finished shopping, click on the "checkout"
icon to pay for your purchases. You can view the items in your
shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart"
button.
Delivery:
MP3 orders
As soon as your payment has been authorized, our server will automatically
send you an email containing a link to the download area where
you can download the Trax you've purchased*
CD orders
As soon as your payment has been authorized, our studio will record
your Trax on to an audio CD and dispatch it to you by post within
24 hours
Minidisc orders
As soon as your payment has been authorized, our studio will record
your Trax on to a Minidisc and dispatch it to you by post within
24 hours
Secure Payment:
All Credit / Debit card data is transferred via our secure server
and your personal details will remain private at all times. The
secure server software (SSL) that is used is the industry standard
and is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit
card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the
information travels over the Internet.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the merchandise, backing tracks are
non refundable and all orders are final. In the unlikely event
of goods arriving damaged, we will provide a full replacement
(free of charge) provided the goods are returned to us promptly
for inspection and are proved to be defective.
